The oil pressure is nothing more than a flare nut, so it will screw out of the gague, be sure to hold the square nut made to the gague with a wrench while backing the flare nut off. Since the tube is aleady broken, I would cut it off and use a 6 pint socket on the flare nut, that way it shoundn't round off. Can't help with the temp, I know on my old Chevy, the temp line would not disconnect at the gague only at the engine.
