distributor???
Ok, 72 chevelle small block 350
I was driving around all day no problems, got home turned the car off for about 20 mins, then when i go to put it in the garage she wont start. Engine will crank but no spark. There is gas in the tank and gas getting to the carb. I did make adjustments to the idle mixture screws earlier in the day but had no problems starting earlier. What should i look for next??

sorry, but im not sure what you mean by module, is it easy to replace, how do i test?

|
(assuming a coil in cap HEI) the module is underneath the rotor. It will have a two-pin connector on each end (ie 4 pin module). Only test I know is to replace with a good one and see if it will fire. Should be able to get a junk one for little or no $ just to check it. IMO stay away from the Wells modules, they dont seem to last long, go with OEM stuff.
