DIY TIG welders: "Junkyard" and "Commercial-Grade"

I believe one of these has been posted before, but not both.

From HackADay.com, here are links to what's being termed a "Junkyard" DIY TIG welder, and a "Commercial-Grade" DIY TIG welder.
