Do I need fuses to wire windshield wipers?

I installed two rear wiper motors from Dodge Colts in My M5
Studebaker truck.
Using a light switch from a GT Hawk to control them.
I can run the driver side or both depending on the switch setting.
This idea I got from someone's previous post.

Question:
Do I need to put inline fuses in the lines coming from
wiper motors to the swich?
If yes then what size.

Thanks.
Paul
