do i need screw in studs?

I have a set of valve springs that i had bought for another engine but they may be more useful to the engine that i am working on now. Not sure of cam lift but it is an RV cam. Spring pressures are 1.700 / 105 psi, 1.200 / 296 psi. I will be nowhere near that open height. do i need to pull the heads and get screw in studs? will the stock valvetrain hold out? If I don't need screw in studs what is the threshold where one would need to install screw in studs?

if you had .500 lift and possibly 1.6 rockers you would then want them.

screw in studs

I am running .640 lift on a SBC 355 with 1.6 rockers. AFR recommended head bolts over screw in studs for my new AFR 195 comp heads.....

thanks for the replys, I will put em in this weekend. If it wasn't for the experience of so many on this site, even for such a novice question, my truck would have hand grenaded by now for sure.
