Post To do OR not to do???

I'm thinking about fixing my panels on my car myself.I am an alright welder with mig and have watched my ucle do it a few times.I think I might take the one side fender on my car (it needs to be replace anyway) off and cut some peices out and weld in new metal,it would give me good practice before I do it on a fender I want to keep. A body shop would probably charge an arm and legg to do something like that.Any way,can you guys give me some tips on fixing panles.Just look at my pics and tell my if some of this rust is to bad to fix.

I would say yes but my dad just sold his house and I had to put my car back together. The house he is building doesnt have a garage yet,but he wants to build one this summer. Can you rent garages at storages places?

I am sure it would be fairly expensive to rent space in a shop, but some people rent out their garages cheap enough if you just look around , or put an ad in the local paper..
