Do not know what part this is

Hey there,

I have a frame that I have NO idea what vehicle it goes to. I have searched all over the net with no results. I am hoping someone out there will have the answer here. The only frame of reference I have is a number found on the frame. Its...C9Z103889....Wheel base to Wheel base is 8ft 11 ...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Moparman73

Prolly a FoMoCo of some sort. Might be a partial VIN, not a p/n.
