Do you guys prefer paper or plastic (masking). Foam or transition tape?

About to do some shopping tomorrow, and wondering what you guys prefer.

For jambing, foam, or transition tape? Only doing 1 car so cost isn't a massive factor I suppose.

And a roll of masking paper, vs plastic sheeting? I'll be doing Lemans stripes, so paper is a must anyways, but what are the advantages of plastic?

Thanks as always!

When i mask something around i use first a tape line then 6inch eide paper then plastic i dont like to have plastic next to the surface im about to paint it will suck the paint mist from the air to the plastick! and paper keeps the dryed collor on and plastik will separate from the collor and thats always a risk with a fresh painted surface!
