Dodge oil filter location

I recently acquired an 85 Dodge pick-up with a bad 318. I bought a 318 with a factory four barrel (Carter Thermoquad) to go in the truck. My question is the oil filter location, I know this engine is out of a car and the oil filter adaptor is tilted toward the rear whereas the oil filter on the truck is right on the block. Is this going to give me any problems as far as exhaust clearance? Or should I expect any clearance problems of any kind with this setup? It's been alot of years since I've messed with Mopars and even though so far it looks like everything will clear but would like some input into this. Thanks, Goat
