I have an 82 Silverado C10, pretty much the same as the 81. It used to have the 305, however, I just dropped in a 350. What is it you need? Maybe I can help...Tom.

I've had three of em, the electronic controlled spark advance dies on them, replace the distrib with an early vac advance unit and cure the hard start, rough idle ,no power blues. Had to replace a lot of idler arms also.

Well, I access to two of them for free if I want to go and pick them up. I was wanting to know the width of the rear end from hub to hub. Also, would the master cyclinder work with with my 81' Camaro subframe that I have grafted under my 51' GMC pickup.

I don't know what the rear width is but I can tell you the master is wrong for your 51's combination, use an early eighties Camaro master and combination valve.

The rear on the late model pickup in more than likely way to wide. Try one out of a Nova or Camero.
