Did this for a dog that liked to pee on my wheels.
12 volt electric fence charger with the + hooked to the car and a - wire dropped to the ground = needs to be a big spike nail stuck into the ground for good contact. Got the picture?

You need a ground strap from the chassis to your rubber mounted A arms, (some factory cars have them) so the juice can get out to the wheels.

I think Mythbusters showed that its only marginally PLAUSIBLE that peeing on an electric fence will cause issues..

Maybe he licked it. But he sure squalled and ran like hell and didn't like dark blue cars anymore.

If you believe it won't work, Will you do an actual test for us and report back?
