doing a cam piston change

ok hi all doing a little work for more power ill be useing the #3999241 402 open chamber head stock valves on my 402 bb tell how to get hp outtta theses heads motor look for 450 hp witch piston if i go dome and what camm should it be punch out to 60 over t hanks roy
