I live in the rust belt,so I have to constantally think about that kind of thing.I've got a rustfree bed for my old 85 Chevy,but It has some dents that I have to get rid of. For a relative beginner would you reccomend something like this, or just stick to hammer & dolly , and studwelder/slide hammer.
