Post Door Adjustment

Today was a nice little windy day in Oklahoma and that cute little wind caught a hold of my door violently "hyperextending" it. Now it catches on the fender which leaves me exiting and entering my vehicle from the passenger side. I have 92 GMC C/K 1500 and the door is glued to the pickup but I was wondering if they needed to be completely taken off or if I could adjust them by something else. They were already getting where the doors needed to be slammed to shut so a good adjustment is needed.
