Door Handles

I need door handles the whole thing inside and out? I have a 1951 Dodge Panel Van, does anyone know if chevy or Ford will work, seems so but not sure, advise, thanks, Dana

My Ford pickup has outside handles that you twist......this turns about a 3/8 square rod......is the Dodge similar to that?

I just seen those after I posted, they should but I also need the complete mechanism from outside to inside! I want to try to see if I can pickup the completwe kit, maybey! Thanks for the help!
