Door handles

I plan on buying some door panels from Rod Doors to put in my 86 Chevy truck. Im gonna get the ones you custom fit yourself instead of the ones preformed for my truck so I can have flames matching throughout my entire truck.
My question is does anyone know what kind of door handles would be the best ones to use? Im probably just gonna steal some out of a different car and make them fit, but Im just looking to see if anyone has used any and which ones they used and how they got them to fit right.
Thanks guys,

Brad

I could never find any I liked so I eliminated mine and went with solenoids. My truck now has shaved door handles inside and out. A cable was added and hidden behind the speaker grill for emergencies. I've seen some really nice billet handles, the're just not in my budget.
