Should just be able to take out a few screws and just pop it off carefully. Doe it have manual windows and locks? With the windows you just have to pop off the handle crank by taking the clip off the back of it with a small screwdriver.

Should be able to just go around the edges and pry the clips out on both sides and the bottom, might be a couple of screws in the arm rest to remove also, then lift up and out and it should come off. If you do not have power windows you may need a window handle clip removal tool.
