The documentation on my '67 Firebird indicates the car came with a remote LH (Driver's side) mirror however, the car has a manual mirror. The car was originally my dad's and I guess when the door was replaced after an accident the body shop only had a door with manual mirror.

In order to restore the car to original I've found the cable remote mirror. However, I can not locate the Deluxe Interior Door Panel Top Rail. This is the painted metal piece where your arm rests when the window is open and the door lock button is located. If anyone can point me in the direction of a source for replacement top rails that would be great! If not, perhaps another '67 Firebird owner can tell me the exact location of the hole to mount the remote mirror lever. Since the mirror comes with a locking ring to mount the lever assembly I can drill the hole myself.

No luck finding a replacement top rail. In my other thread you mentioned your 326 has the remote mirror. Would it be possible for you to send me the location of the hole so I can drill it out myself? I would need from the front of the rail to center of the hole as well as from the bottom of the rail. The control lever locking ring will cover the edge of the hole so it will look perfect.
