door wiring 56 f100

I am in the process of putting power windows in my 56 f100 and am wondering what anybody has used for flex grommets etc to run the wiring in from door to door post. I remember on my 48 chev panel the 2 rear doors had spring pin inserts and the posts had flat plate connections.Any body make them and. I got some flex rubber from a couple of wrecks but I do not think they will fit between the door and post. Thanks for any response

I built a '54 a while back and there wasn't any room in the door jambs for a flexible rubber conduit. I used Magnum Shooters. But you could also use something like THIS.
