Drag Radials

I'm looking at drag radials for my car due to severely limited traction at the drag strip. Most are not recommended for any wet weather driving. Summit catalog has a Nitto Extreme Drag Radial with some tread to it, supposed to be ok on wet roads. Does anybody have any experience with these or other drag radials that offer good track traction and wet weather drivability? Need a 275/40r/17 to maintain the sleeper look.???olnolan

I have Mickey Thompsons on my car. THe car is no longer on the street , so I am no help there.

I did some reading and at the time I bought my DR tires, the fast guys were using the Mickeys.

Yep

Thanks for the reply Man. My first thought was the Mickey Thompson et streets, but I noticed the claim of good traction at the track from the soft compound and a safe ride home in the rain in the Nitto ad. If I can get some feedback on whether they will hook as good as the M/T's, I may give them a try. Nolan
