Driveline Vibration caused by Harmonic Balancer!!
Welll I've been trying to solve this problem foreeeeever. I have a driveline vibration on my 71 plymouth and I kept searching under the car from the trans back. I finally did notice though that my harmonic balancer, vibration damper, and everything else in that cluster shake horribly at idle. When throttle is applied they seem to go away but nonetheless I think that could relate to my problem. Anyone agree???
If so, the next qustion I have is can evertyhing be tightened or do I need to replace anything? |

Not very familar with MOPAR,but if the balancer has that elastomer crap like the General uses,it needs to be replaced with new.It can also cause damage to your crank if it is that far out of balance.
