drop axle???? what is this
this front axle was in my 36 when I bought it. I am not sure what it came off. I was woundering wear i could get linkages for this set up too. Any help would be great. I am also not sure what frame was used either.

That is simply a stock axle, likely off a later Chevy pickup. It looks a lot like a 47-54 axle but the shock mounts are the only thing that blows that idea.

for linkages for set ups like that Speedwaymotors.com has what you probably need and they have techs there to help too .

Well finally figured out what axle it is. Its a 1948-52 Ford Pickup F-1 Axle. Thanks for the info guys
