The DJM site list the same drop beams for a 65-78 F100.

I would contact DJM if that is what you are going to run. I believe that is the intent, get the drop from their arms, not the springs. Drop springs on a Twin I Beam make for nasty camber problems.

Yes you use the stock springs. If you order the dropped arms from DJM just make sure you specify that you are using the 78 spindles and brakes, my understanding is that there was a kingpin change in 75 and they will not interchange.
Here is a good article on f100 brake swaps. http://www.fordification.com/discbrakes01.htm I'm working on a 67 F100 Longbed with those dropped arms and flip kit right now in my shop, I'll post a pic tomorrow. Later, mikey
