Can you put drop spindles on a 1951 chevy coupe with stock suspension and drum brakes. I would like to lower the car without cutting, melting or blocking springs and screwing up how the car rides. If they are available who would carry them?

The only place I've found is Fat Man Fabrications in Charlotte N.C. And I DO NOT like the looks of their welding. They claim they've had no problems but still lookes like some untrained kid did the welding. Hope someone else comes up with a different source.

i'm told the 53/54 spindles are bolt on and offer a small drop 1" or so over the 51 spindles.
