Smile Drum to Disc?????

Where is the best place to get a drum to disc brake conversion kit for a straight axle 55 chevy pu? Best price and all the hardware needed to do the conversion.. Thanks for your help..

I was also wanting to do a drum to disc conversion on my 66 buick skylark and after looking around at kits, I was wondering if it would be cheaper to buy only what you need seperately.

was told once that chev s-10 pickup spindle assys will fit on chevelle /skylark ball joints and bolt right up if you can try em first . i know early 70s camero will fit but need to enlarge ball joint holes (Tapered )in spindles and can be bought cheap in junk yards pretty shure s10 were bolt ins tho hope this helps
