That is a good hot street cam, that grind has been around for many years and works with engines like yours, not hard on valve train parts but needs a mild convertor. Has a decent idle for a fairly big cam. A dual pattern cam usually gives you a little more top end without effecting idle quality.
I would use the cam and if you feel you can use more, put 1.6 rockers on it. (if your valve train is set up for .500 lift).
