Duece grille on a Model A

Does it need to be narrowed to look right? Mine will not have a hood but I still don't want a grille shell that's wider than the cowl.

thanks.

p.s.- Looking for a Deuce grille shell

You don't have to narrow it. I have a fiberglass one that I swap out on my 30 model coupe every once in awhile.

Thanks for the info, Henry. For a second there I thought you were going to say you have a fiberglass one for sale.

Cool car, btw.

Nope, I got one but I can't say that because they do not allow advertiseing on these forums. Send me a PM.

There are plenty on eBay.......like the one above. Fiberglass ones too...

A lot of rodders have to cut the side out to get the 32 shell to sit lower.....so they look good on a Model A....they sit too high .........in my and others opinion unless you do.
