Dumb idea #0

Creative still spray from my ears, and here is a new "brilliant" idea from me.
How you think, if put old GM big block like 454,455 or 500 in '93-'96 Caprice, Roadmaster or Fleetwood, what it would be?

Impossible to get through a smog inspection in any state.

Honestly, I love these cars (and see mentioned Fleetwood pair weeks ago), and think, that they would be a nice rods.
