I'd like to know too

I'm about to do alot of metal interior trim on my car, I'd like glossy black with a silver flake, but I was just going to go glossy black.

If this stuff is quality then I'd like to find some.

Also, if anyone's used it, does it just like anodized, or can you acutally tell the metal specks in it? The pics on their webpage arent very convincing that it's metalflake, looks more like a regular metallic paint or anodized.

It's as close to metalflake as you can get in a can. The flake are just a bit bigger than the regular metalic paints but it does make a difference.

On the other hand, they have some stuff called Metalcast, it's a matte finish and resembles anodizing. I painted a gas tank for an old Honda with that stuff and clearcoated it. It's the coolest thing I've ever seen come from a spray can.

Cool, thanks larry. Does the metalflake sparkle in the sun? Or is it just a metallic paint? Also what clear did you use on the Metalcast? I was thinking of going either the Metalflake stuff, Metalacast, or the Mirage which is color shiftin paint.
