just fyi for you bucksupbastards who need spendy heads on an even spendier engine i will never be able to afford:
june '08 chevy high performance head shoot-out goes like this. i am only gonn put the price and name of the head in here with max HP:

1. AFR 325cc; $2,183/pair plus $302 CNC chamber upgrade; 665Hp/6200rpm
2.BRODIX RACE RITE 294CC; $2,393/pr; $225 "" "" not ordered??; 634HP@6300
3.DART CNC PRO-1 335CC; $3,654/pr; 660HP@6200rpm
4.Edelbrock RPM 454R 315cc; $1,779/pr; 616HP@6200rpm
5.RHS Pro Action 320cc; $2,534/pr; 638HP@6200-6300rpm
6.Trick Flow Powerport 320cc; $2,095/pr; 655HP@64oo-6500rpm
7.WORLD MERLIN III 310 CC; $2,447/PR; 631HP@6300rpm

it's the cover story if ya want the mag. also available online i'm sure
have no idea why they didnt spring for the chamber upgrade on the brodix head. you can see, i think you can anyway, the best bang for the buck would be the trick flows. late

I had TFS heads on my last SBC. I was VERY happy with them!!!
