E85 small block Chevy help..

I have a small block Chevy and running it on E85 I would love some tips on tuning the carb. I have a older holly 750 dp with the E85 update. It's just giving me fits it seems to be running fat.

Are you using pump E-85 or race gas E-85? If you're using pump E-85 the alcohol content tend to be very inconsistant. More gas in the winter, less in the summer. Computer controlled cars can deal with this, carbs not so much. I think I seen kits in jegs to check the gas/alcohol ratio, either that or it was to check for water content. I don't remember which it was.

I'm using pump E85.. I do have a E85 fuel pump and regulator. I'm kinda thinking that I may need a 50 cc pump instead of the 30 cc pump on the main. It's just been difficult because I don't really know a lot about it. I do however like the response of the fuel
