I am very thankful to a woman who worked in a machine shop next to my body shop back when I was only about 28 years old and convinced me to start protecting myself, eyes, ears, lungs, knees, etc and I listened to her thank goodness I am still a stud today and will out fingertip pushup or chin up all but one guy in the shop.
And I used to kick his butt but he was so embarrassed (he was only 25) he started seriously working out about a year ago and now he can beat me.
But yes, I have actually tried to look her up to thank her recently but can't find her, I am very grateful for her pushing me like she did.
