I'm thinking about getting this gun if you guys think it is a good model.
You think I should snag it if I can get it for 150 bucks or less ?
It was just rebuilt and owner says it works perfect.
I know ebay can be either good or bad..
I don't have a shop sized compressor, just an avg. 5hp with 40gal tank..

Owners & salesman always say it works perfect , what else could one expect... however I think that compressor will have trouble handling that paint gun. Check out the other articles here on the board that referrer to compressors for more clarity...

A sata jet 90 is a great gun..but they are non-hvlp. I have had one since 1991. If you have to do any replacement you will pay big for parts(as with all satas)if you can even get parts for the 90. I have never had to rebuild mine in all these years. I still use mine for acrylic enamels but I don't like the way it sprays high solids bb/cc. Make sure it has a 1.3 or 1.4 tip. Anything bigger and you will have a fire hose, and that will work for primer only IMHO.
