Edelbrock Performer rebuild
 

I'm about to soak the bottom half in Napa carb cleaner that comes in a gallon can. Wasn't planning on removing the throttle shafts and primary plates. Did remove the secondary plates as they are not steel, don't know what they are made of. What do you think - should I remove the shafts?

You can get the exploed diagram from the edel site. Best to check it out to be sure. Or just use some carb cleaner in a can and some small wire to poke thru the holes its not a complex setup should clean up easy.
