edelbrock pro flo efi problem, no spark

The problem I'm having is that the I added the pro flo efi system to my 383 chev. small block. and I have no spark. So I checked if i had 12v. to my coil and I don't. I traced the wires back to my ignition amplifier. Not sure how to check the ignition amplifier with a meter to see if its good. What should the voltage be at the ignition amplifier which is coming from my ecu? My understanding is the voltage power comes from the ecu than goes to the ignition amplifier. From the ignition amplifier the power goes to the the coil and than the distributor. On my hand held screen no error come up and all sensor are reading. I'm thinking that my computer is bad. If that's the case how do I repair or replace the ecu?
