Edelbrock Pro Flow2

Hi im deciding on induction for my 383 sbc and the thought of high gas prices makes fuel injection look pretty good. Now the Pro Flow2 is rated from 1500 to 7000 rpm and says it will support up to 435 horse, i was aiming for 450 on this motor so im wondering if this system would be up to task. Also is anyone else has this system, any problems with it, is it pretty easy to tune. I haven't played with fuel injection before so i need something thats straight foreward and easy to install/setup. Thanks, Jake

The ProFlow systems are easy to use and the support materials are quite good. What you think you'll make for power versus what you actually will make are two different things. You will likely be just fine. The systems are very reliable and replacement parts are OEM type stocked at local auto parts dealers like Napa and Autozone, MAP, IAC, fuel filter, TPS and so forth.

To be absolutely safe you'd want a system with 30 lb injectors. I suspect on the Pro2 they are installing 28.
