You might want to try the search option for your answer this was covered not too long ago.

In short they are really the same. The "Air Gap" is the only difference. It is supposed to give you a tad more power due to a cooler intake charge. The gains are very small if any. Once you put that thing under the hood and the engine is at full operating tempature, I don't think you will see much difference.
