Are the fans factory or after market, if after market, does it have a name on it, if so check their web site it will tell you. I think I know where the wires go but which one were I don't except black more than likely ground. If they are GM just go to the Gm dealer they will tell you.

What year camaro?
Does the car have A/C?
Can you take a picture of the fan motors and post it?
Show the wires and colors as they emerge from the motors.
The fans are likely controlled separatly from the PCM of the donor car via relays and may have HI and LOW speeds.
Once it is determined what the wires are for, a decision will need to made as to what scheme for control will be best.
The following scheme will not require a computer.

The simple approach is for both fans to be cycled ON @ HI speed above a certain (to be determined) engine temperature. What thermostat are you presently running?
If for example the thermostat is 180* a 185* temperature sender switch will be located in the coolant system in the intake manifold. Whatever the thermostat rating is the sender needs to a slightly higher temperature.
When the engine temperature exceeds the rating of 185*, this sender will close a circuit and operate (2) relays. This control circuit will require a + wire from any ignition ON fused source to both relays terminal 85. The sender will be connected to both relays terminal 86.
The relays will then close completing the circuits to the fans motors.
It is best to use (1) relay for each fan motor. Also each motor will need to be fused seperatly from a HOT at all times source. The 12v+ will connect to each relay terminal 30 and the wires to the fan motors will connect to each relay terminal 87.
The fans motors will need to be solidly grounded to the chassis.
