Arrow Electric fuel pump, Push or Pull?

I'm wanting to install an electric fuel pump in my '49 Chevy Truck (SBC, Holley 600 cfm). What is a good pump and where do I want to install it, in the front by the engine or in the back by the tank?
I'm open to any suggestions.
Ed

a carter electric street pump or a holley blue pump will work, and most all i know are recommended by the tank, there meant to push and not pull. I have a new carter electric pump, and a holley fuel pressure regulator for sale, pump and the regulator has 1 hour of use on it. they both include the brackets and fittings, I gave 55 for the pump and 30 for the regulator, I`ll take $50 for both.
