Electrical 12vdc motor

I have a 12 volt DC motor which I am trying to work on a remote control switch I installed the remote module with two (reverse and forward) 30 amp relays as the module is only good for 15 amps. I've got everything working remotely as far as the relays working but when I tie the wires to the motor wires (black and red ) the motor does not work I am wondering does the motor change polarity on the on the wires if it does how can I get around that. The manual switch has 4 wires going to it; one 12vdc wire, one ground wire, and two wires going to the motor (black and red) any help will be appreciated

Here is a diagram for a power window relay circuit. Your motor should be wired like this, except the two wires going to the switch get connected to your remote receiver instead.

Unless the relays are triggered by a negative signal from the receiver, then it would be wired like this:

Hope this helps...
