First post. when checking fuse block, just the top 3 fuses show voltage, lower fuses do not, on the hot side,any suggestions? on 58 chevy thanks mack

What feeds the non-powered fuses? Some fuses are hot all the time, some are hot only when the ignition switch is in the run position. Get a multi meter and a wiring diagram and start your detective work. My guess is that the problem is in the ignition switch that feeds the bottom 3 fuses.
