Electrical problems of Lincoln Mark VII

Hi everybody. I have Lincoln Mark VII (1989). Unfortunately that car have problems with suspension system electricity. May be somebody has electric scheme for Lincoln Mark VII. I have not possibility to find it in my country (Latvia).
