Finished hood latch and welding hood together.

I welded the hood together and put the latch from the stock hood so I still have the inside release.

Whoa

Hey Speedy, That's some crazy grafting you got going on. Dam good craftsmanship. You're gonna hate me for this, but I'm thinking '53 tailights. Nolan

You are right on the money. And I am pretty sure I know where some are that I can get for free just like all the other parts I grafted on. Thanks for the complement. I am not finished with the hood yet but where I welded it together in the front and primed it,there is no filler.Might need a little on the top but not much.

I love what you guys do!! What a cool "out of the box" little truck. My 2 cents though, it needs the door tops slanted forward to match the angle of the pillar.

I agree but it would take a lot of work. Doesn't mean I won't do it but I want to finish my other mods first.Pics will be coming soon.

I just got the partial rear quarters and tail lights out of a 54. They will be going on soon with a 54 truck tail gate and rear bumper.

I wanted everyone to know... I gave speedy a hand to do the back glass only... He should get ''all'' the credit for the front end.... HE's doing a great job blending the front into the truck..
