Emblem help '65 Impala experts

After stripping my '65 Impala I found holes in the front fenders where an emblem should be located. Can any tell me which emblem matches up with these holes?

Thanks.

Emblem

Try Year One and look in their Impala Section to see what the correct emblem was. www.yearone.com.

I have been to yearone.com and no luck. The only one that looks close is the Caprice emblem. I'm not real wild about that. Also they don't give a rear picture so I can't match up the mounting holes.

Thanks.

Those holes don't look like the ones on the fender of my Caprice. The emblems (numbers and flags) depend on the engine.

Sorry guys, I forgot to mention that the holes are located closer to the door. Now I don't know if this is the original fender so I need someone who can recognize the hole pattern and let me know which emblem fits.

Thanks.

I wouldn't be surprised if it simply was an "Impala" emblem.
