Embossed Shim Head Gasket

Well, just when I get one problem solved, up comes another one. I just received the head gaskets for my motor and since I needed to tighten up the quench area and pull my compression up, I needed to use a shim style head gasket instead of a composite that I am used to using. What I got come from Jegs is their Embossed Shim w/Rubber Coating and is a thickness of .024" for my SBC. My question is this, how do I install these? They came with no instructions at all and I honestly don't know what to do with them. There is nothing on the gasket to indicate which is up and I don't know if they are installed dry or what. I called them, Jegs, and the tech guy I got was no help at all and I really don't want to get this together and find out I screwed it up. Any help would greatly be appreciated. The part number is 555-210044 in Jegs. Again, thanks..

The raised bead face goes up. Install clean, dry and oil free. Retorque after initial warmup.
