Engine advice for Street Rod

I am building a 34 Chevy Sedan street rod. I recently bought a used 383 stroker engine with the following info. Bored 30 over, Skat crank, forged dome pistons, Renegade Al heads 2.02 1.60, Pro Gear Cam 480 108 106 110 Duration 2.32, All ARP bolts, Edelbrock Torqur, 1405 Eldebrock Carb, Accel Hp distand coil, MSD cap and rotor. Supposed to have 420 HP. Kid I bought from said it needed a bigger carb and intake needed to be fitted. I know not what I do here but wanted to or at least think I want to put on a tunnel ram with dual carb set up on this thing(just for looks I guess). I think am more interested in low end torque for this street rig as opposed to high RPM power because I just want to spin my tires not run down the road at 200 MPH. Any thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated.

you probably dont want a tunel ram for this application. and the 420hp will be plenty for you, if indeed it really has that much. it will be a runner.
