engine and ECM swap

I have installed a 5.7 from a 1993 Chevy Tahoe, with the ECM (16168625)and wiring harness, but the tranny I used is a 700R4,I have the speed o meter buffer but it is a DRAC my question is should I use the 16168625 ECM or a 1227747 ECM because of the 700R4,the car that all this is in is a 1946 Pontiac two door coupe street rod,I have built a wiring harness for a 1227747 but I found out that I can run the electric fan with the 8625 I have a $200 chip in the 8625 and its polished and mounted, both ECM to be used I still have a lot of work wiring in the brake switch, the vss buffer and the p/n switch, and with the 8625 I don't know what sensors that I have to use,I have all of them but do I need all of them to run right, like the heated oxy.sensor and the air sensor, thanks and has anyone got an answer for me,someone that has used a 1616825 in a engine swap
