Not enough information, need cam specs.

You'll need more than pump gas with that c.r., VP 110 is probably around $12 a gallon if you buy in bulk, is this race only?

So did you buy this motor not knowing what was in it or did you build it without a specific power goal in mind?

You want to run the jeep on the road or is it for mud bogging? I don't think that motor is gonna like what your gonna feed it unless your gonna buy $10 per gallon Cam2 or VP racing fuel. And without the cam specs it is gonna be hard to give you any idea of HP but given it is running 12.5 compression and assuming it was built by someone who matched that to the cam requirements and running circle track then I believe it is 500 hp ish +- 50.
