Engine ID

First, thanks for the advice with the starter. Shimmed it a couple of times then took out the shims and it's working fine. Not sure what was going on but the shimming was the first thing that got it to turn over.
New question: We were told that this is a crate engine installed about 10 yrs ago. I looked at the vehicle ID and all I can find is MO2O6 (or M0206), then 2VP offset to the left on the second line. The only reference I've been able to find would indicate that the MO is for a 302,not a 350. I can't make heads or tails of the rest. Any help wold be appreciated.

Engine ID Code Example: V0101CLJ - (V = Plant, 01 = Month, 01 = Day, CLJ = Engine Suffix Code)
Another example: T0830CTY - (T = Tonawanda, 08 = August, 30 = 30th day, CTY = 1970 396 Camaro, 375 hp, 11.0:1, TH400)

Code Engine Plant Code Engine Plant
F Flint (Motor) S Saginaw Service
H Hydramatic T Tonawanda
K St. Catherines, Ontario V Flint (Engine)
(McKinnon Industries Canada)
M GM of Mexico

Your block is a target master crate engine as they were made in mexico
