That was a Performer RPM Q-jet in the list of goodies, I have one waiting for tranplant myself. It has the full divider in place, no cutout like the squarebore job.
I don't know why they're not more popular - they'll accept square or spreadbore. I guess they don't grace the pages of
PHR or
Chevy Hi Perf all that often...
